  • Perform duties in the manufacturing cell and station assigned to.
  • Understand and adhere to safety requirements for the facility and maintain proper use of required PPE.
  • Work in a team environment and produce at established rate to maintain continuous workflow.
  • Know steps needed to accomplish assigned operation and provide brief verbal description.
  • Follow verbal and written instructions and accept feedback from trainer or group lead.
  • Report to assigned line on time at beginning of shift and return from break periods.
Required Skills:
  • Dexterity to work around simple assemblies or subassemblies.
  • Ability to apply manual labeling.
  • Ability to perform self-inspection.
  • Ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
  • Accept feedback or coaching from trainer or group lead.
  • Ability to maintain quality and quantity standards per workstation.
  • Ability to perform simple math operations.
  • Color distinction and good eye-hand coordination.
  • Perform housekeeping audits.
  • Maintain workplace clean and organized (6S).
  • Attention to detail.
