Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join our team for night admissions and coverage for transplant service inpatients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care as a member of our collaborative team of inpatient APPs
- Work closely with transplant surgeons, nephrologists, and hepatologists to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support for decision-making
- Collaborate with in-house hospitalists, ICU providers, ED physicians, and STAT teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- 2 years or greater of experience as a PA or NP
- Graduate of a Physician Assistants program with current license for the Georgia State Composite Board (PA) or Graduate from a school of nursing with current Georgia license for Advanced Practice Nursing and a Masters degree in Nursing (NP)
