Campus Retail Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Campus Retail Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our store team, you will provide exceptional customer service, support store operations, and contribute to a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide superior customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with processing sales transactions, operating equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Support store operations, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining visual merchandising displays.
- Work collaboratively with store leaders and team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic math and keyboarding skills, with the ability to accurately process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
