**Job Summary**

As a Retail Sales and Store Support at Safeway, you will be the face of the company, interacting with valued customers and helping them with their needs. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with fellow associates to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas
* Work collaboratively with fellow associates to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
* Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store
* Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of products and services offered by Safeway, including promotions and sales
