Job Description:This role involves supporting customers with troubleshooting and diagnosis procedures, installing, repairing, and maintaining Hermle products at customer locations.
- Support customers with telephone and on-site troubleshooting and diagnosis procedures
- Work independently to provide installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance services for Hermle's products
- Identify machine spare parts for quoting purposes
- Brief and train customers
- Install retrofits
- Periodically travel overseas to Germany for product knowledge updates
- Use SAP software and daily work time reporting through a time management system
- Submit weekly service reports and expense reports
