Key Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Manager at Fuchs Lubricants, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading the warehouse team and ensuring effective communication among team members.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and managing stock movements.
  • Overseeing logistics activities, including receiving and shipping goods.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in logistics or business administration preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in inventory management, delivery logistics, and regulatory compliance.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and ability to analyze large data sets.
  • Familiarity with TMS and WMS systems, preferably SAP.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills and strong collaboration abilities.
