CNC Service Technician Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Service Technician to join our team at Diedre Moire Corporation. As a CNC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing system failures of various types, including communication, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, and programming issues.

You will work closely with in-house parts specialists to quickly locate necessary replacement parts, minimizing customer downtime. Additionally, you will receive technical support from in-house teams as needed and provide technical support to customers when not in the field.

During scheduled service calls, you will assess potential machine failures, preventing further unexpected downtime. You will also travel regionally, earning door-to-door compensation for time spent commuting to and from customer locations.

As a CNC Service Technician, you will have the opportunity to earn up to $80,000 per year and receive full medical, dental, vision, and health insurance (valued up to $12,000 annually) with a highly competitive 401(k) retirement plan.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2-5 years of experience in CNC service and repair
