Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a full-time or part-time clinical expert. As a BCBA at Proud Moments ABA, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Supervise Targeted Interventions

You will utilize your expertise to create and implement targeted interventions that promote positive behaviors and skills development in children with autism. Your goal will be to help these individuals reach their full potential and improve their quality of life.

Provide Clinical Support and Guidance

As a BCBA, you will provide guidance and support to our team of behavioral technicians, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver high-quality care. You will also be responsible for monitoring client progress and making recommendations for adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

Communicate Effectively with Families

Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with families, providing them with regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns they may have. You will also be responsible for educating families about the importance of ABA therapy and how it can benefit their child.

Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Behavioral Analysis or Related Field

A masters degree in behavioral analysis or a related field is required for this role. Additionally, you must hold a current BCBA certification or be eligible to sit for the exam within the next three months.

Proven Experience in ABA Therapy

It is essential that you have proven experience implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy with children with autism spectrum disorder or related disorders. Your ability to administer and interpret various clinical assessments will also be beneficial in this role.

Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Skills

As a BCBA at Proud Moments ABA, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where effective communication and collaboration with other professionals are critical to delivering high-quality care.

  • Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
