Role Responsibilities

The Membership Experience Associate plays a pivotal role in our Venice Beach location, acting as a key point of contact for members, guests, and team members. Reporting to the Membership Manager, this position establishes the standard for service excellence.

As the first point of contact for our vibrant creative community, the Membership Experience Associate is responsible for:

  • Welcoming members and visitors, managing member and guest registration, and preparing meeting spaces for use.
  • Maintaining shared member areas and amenities, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
  • Facilitating effective communication between members and staff, acting as the central hub for inquiries and requests.
  • Utilizing various systems for member management and event coordination.
  • Providing assistance with technical needs and ensuring a seamless experience for all members.

Candidate Profile

We seek individuals who are:

  • Empathetic and detail-oriented, with a passion for fostering connections among our community.
  • Skilled in delivering friendly and professional service to all members and guests.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Flexible in working hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • Experienced in hospitality or creative industries, with a strong network preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
  • Frequent reaching, balancing, and occasional lifting of items up to 10 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $21.00, with a commitment to equitable compensation and benefits for our team members.
