Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Registrar for Course Scheduling and Enrollment to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the creation of semester course offerings and classroom scheduling, as well as overseeing all aspects of registration, including building the class schedule and setting priority dates for approved categories of students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the creation of semester course offerings and classroom scheduling
  • Oversee all aspects of registration, including building the class schedule and setting priority dates for approved categories of students
  • Supervise independent study and tutorial course processing
  • Manage all aspects of graduation processing and certification, including conducting degree audits and advising students on their requirements
  • Oversee the creation of the final exam schedule and publish it on the web
  • Assist with reviewing transfer credit for new and returning students and apply transfer credit in SIS
  • Determine dean's list and students for annual dean's award
  • Oversee repeat checking and assist with end-of-semester processing
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and five to seven years' progressively responsible experience in a Registrar's Office
  • Knowledge of FERPAA and experience working with diverse populations
  • Experience working with academic course offerings, room scheduling, and final exam schedule
  • Ellucian Banner and 25 Live experience is strongly preferred
