Job Summary

A leading manufacturer, The QTI Group, is seeking an experienced Brake Press Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of brake press experience, demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, and have the ability to interpret technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate brake press equipment, including the Cincinnati press, in accordance with established standards.
  • Install, align, and secure punches, dies, and cutting blades in machine rams or beds.
  • Produce high-quality metal work pieces efficiently, adhering to quality and production standards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in brake press operation.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as blueprints.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, reach, and twist.
