Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in providing exceptional patient care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse or Clinical Provider. This dynamic individual assists with daily patient care activities, promotes recovery, and supports families in achieving optimal health outcomes.


Responsibilities:
  • Assist Registered Nurses with patient care tasks, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction and safety.
  • Provide basic nursing care, including vital sign measurements, and assist with personal care activities.
  • Support the Clinical Unit with administrative and clerical tasks, maintaining a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.

Requirements:
  • High School education or equivalent is preferred.
  • Current Rhode Island CNA license is required.
  • BLS certification is necessary.
  • Minimum one year of experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
  • Previous ICU/CCU experience is required.
