Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

Eastgate Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this role is to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with their assessment and care plan, as directed by supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures, as instructed by supervisors.
  • Follow work assignments and schedules to complete and perform assigned tasks.
  • Review care plans daily to determine if changes have been made to the resident's daily care routine.
  • Inform the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse of any changes in the resident's condition, ensuring that appropriate information is entered on the care plan.
  • Ensure that notes reflect that the care plan is being followed.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with Rhode Island laws. Additionally, you must be able to function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies.
