About the Role

The County Market Cake Designer is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring absolute customer satisfaction. This role requires a high level of product knowledge and the ability to work in a safe manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and decorate cakes by hand and with kits
  • Plan and produce all special cake orders in a timely manner
  • Promote product and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Follow all Health Code guidelines and store policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Six months to one year related experience and/or training
  • Food Handler's Certification as required by State Law

Work Environment

This role requires standing, walking, and using hands to finger, handle, or feel for extended periods. The ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds is also required.
