Position Overview
As a Change Management Advisor at CapTech, you will play a pivotal role in guiding organizations through transitions by focusing on the human aspects of change. Our firm is dedicated to leveraging technology to help clients realize their potential.

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Emphasizing the "people side of change" in relation to modifications in business processes, systems, and technologies.
  • Quickly gaining insight into client challenges and technological landscapes to provide informed guidance to stakeholders while spearheading change initiatives.
  • Establishing robust relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Formulating comprehensive change management strategies tailored to support intricate change projects. These strategies may encompass communication, sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, learning and development, and measurement.
  • Planning, organizing, and monitoring the execution of project activities that align with OCM initiatives, such as training sessions, project presentations, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Producing and owning high-quality deliverables, including:
    • Utilizing data collection and analysis to develop recommendations.
    • Conducting assessments to evaluate change impact and readiness, ensuring the effectiveness of change tactics.
    • Drafting clear and concise communications tailored to various stakeholder groups.
  • Assessing and managing stakeholders by implementing engagement strategies that align their interests with initiatives and leverage their influence to promote adoption.
  • Creating and executing learning strategies that adhere to adult learning principles, incorporating alternatives to traditional training methods such as e-learning and self-directed approaches.
  • Conducting train-the-trainer sessions and delivering end-user training as necessary.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in delivering enterprise-scale change management within large organizations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google applications.
  • Strong business writing capabilities suitable for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills effective at all organizational levels.
  • The ability to build credibility and trust with clients through exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of change management methodologies and tools.
