About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Termite Control Specialist to join our team at Terminix. As a key member of our front-line team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service delivery of our Terminix products to valued customers.

Responsibilities
  • Verify job specifications for each work order to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare job sites for treatment, ensuring a safe and efficient process.
  • Apply anti-termite treatments to structures according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions.
  • Interact with customers to explain services provided and address any concerns.
  • Complete production forms documenting services provided.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent required; prior industry experience a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong attention to safety protocols.
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform calculations related to service.
  • Comfortable working outside and in confined spaces, such as crawl spaces and attics.
  • Ability to wear a respirator and work in a variety of weather conditions.
