Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and account managers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide technical support to account managers in developing sound insurance programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, underwriting standards, and policy forms to ensure compliance and optimal risk management.
  • Collaborate with account managers to prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and account servicing activities.
  • Independently manage and process small to midsize accounts under supervision.
  • Participate in loss prevention and control initiatives, including risk report analysis and exposure identification.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification/experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in the insurance or financial industry, with a focus on underwriting or risk management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.
