We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team at First Resources of Burlington. As a leading Home-and Community Based service provider in Southeast, IA, we pride ourselves on our commitment to providing quality services that cater to the individualized needs and desires of our clients.

As a Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily needs, such as grocery shopping, running errands, participating in community activities, and personal hygiene and care. You will also work with multiple individuals a day to assist with goals like cooking, cleaning, community integration, and coping skills.

Our ideal candidate will be able to work a flexible schedule and fill in hours as needed. We offer thorough training to ensure our staff excel in this position, and no previous experience is required.
