We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preconstruction Director to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of our construction management strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Preconstruction Management: Oversee the preconstruction process, including estimating, scheduling, and budgeting for construction projects.
- Construction Estimating: Develop and manage construction estimates, including material costs, labor costs, and equipment costs.
- Project Planning: Plan and coordinate construction projects, including developing project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including estimators, schedulers, and project managers.
