Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Preconstruction Director to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our preconstruction team, you will be responsible for evaluating risk on projects, developing pricing strategies, and ensuring that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate risk on projects and develop pricing strategies to ensure profitability
  • Work with project teams to develop procedures and standards for MEP & BIM Services
  • Maintain and adjust to Owner's budget as required
  • Keep clients informed of preconstruction progress and any significant technical problems or solutions
  • Lead and perform constructability reviews of all projects
  • Ensure a smooth transition from preconstruction to operations
  • Finalize GMP price with clients that meets their needs and provides maximum profitability
  • Assist and lead purchasing of subcontractors and suppliers
  • Attend meetings with potential clients and develop relationships

Requirements:

  • Professional licenses and registrations a plus
  • Experience with technology, such as estimating, scheduling, and project management
