Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Culinary Supervisor to join our Four Seasons Resort team. As a key member of our Culinary Team, you will work closely with Executive Chef Rogelio Garcia and Chef De Cuisine Juan Agustin to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare all meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, in accordance with production requirements and quality standards.
- Plan, organize, control, and direct the work of employees within the department to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in the planning and development of recipes and ensure the correct preparation and presentation of food items.
- Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, ordering, budgeting, and inventory control.
- Act as a liaison between the line-staff and kitchen management to ensure the kitchen staff is operating at the expected level.
- High school education or culinary school education preferred.
- Minimum two years culinary or related work experience.
- Culinary knowledge and proficiency in operating kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a high-volume and demanding environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations.
