Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Process Engineer to join our dynamic team at Channel Personnel Services. This role is pivotal in ensuring optimal operational efficiency and safety within our manufacturing processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver daily technical assistance to address process disruptions, equipment malfunctions, and operational challenges.
  • Observe process parameters for irregularities and deviations from standard operating conditions.
  • Perform thorough investigations to identify root causes of process-related incidents.
  • Evaluate engineering initiatives to confirm adherence to industry regulations and standards.
  • Create and update training materials and operational procedures for plant protocols.
  • Finalize engineering designs and documentation for enhancements in plant operations.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field is mandatory.
  • Experience in a chemical manufacturing setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of fundamental chemical engineering concepts and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with process control systems and safety system architecture.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and resolving process system challenges.
  • Skilled in utilizing computer technologies and managing databases.
