Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to enhance our Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in a manufacturing or maintenance environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving capital projects, enhancing preventive maintenance, providing technical expertise, forecasting spare parts needs, evaluating equipment needs, and coordinating projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive capital projects to enhance plant equipment and processes
  • Develop and optimize preventive maintenance programs
  • Provide technical support to maintenance personnel
  • Forecast spare parts needs and manage inventory
  • Evaluate equipment needs and recommend upgrades or replacements
  • Coordinate projects with engineering resources, operations, and maintenance staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing or maintenance environment
  • Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
