We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team at Interfuse Staffing. As an A&P Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on company aircraft.
Key Responsibilities- Familiarize yourself with company policies and procedures, and submit changes as necessary to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Comply with 14 CFR regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company policies when performing maintenance tasks.
- Assist with completion of shift turnover reports and participate in shift meetings and briefings as required.
- Update aircraft fleet status information and conduct on-the-job training as assigned by the Base-Manager/Supervisor.
- Execute maintenance work records and maintain a clean and orderly maintenance work area.
- Adhere to material handling and control procedures and perform aircraft run-ups and taxis.
- Perform road trips to repair aircraft at stations other than the maintenance base and clean aircraft after completing maintenance.
- Current A&P certificate required.
- Meet recent experience requirements as stated in 14 CFR 65.83.
- Minimum two years professional aircraft maintenance work experience preferred.
- Basic mechanical skills and ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
