Job Summary:

Hathaway-Sycamores CFS is seeking a skilled Mobile Crisis Outreach Program Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our Mobile Crisis Outreach Program, you will provide critical support to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.

Working closely with our 988 mental health crisis hotline, you will respond to calls and provide in-person support to those in need. Your expertise will be essential in assessing situations, developing safety plans, and coordinating care with our team and external partners.

This is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of crisis intervention and mental health principles. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to mental health crisis calls and provide in-person support
  • Assess situations and develop safety plans
  • Coordinate care with our team and external partners
  • Work collaboratively with our Mobile Crisis Outreach Program Peer Support Specialist

Requirements:

  • Masters' Degree in a related field
  • Licensed in the State of California as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psy. D/Ph.D.
  • 2+ years of successful licensure and experience preferred
