About the Role:

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, developing outreach plans, establishing relationships with referral sources, and conducting tours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Maintain accurate records of prospects, including dates and times of next steps or follow-ups.
  • Outreach and Relationship Building: Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop monthly and quarterly outreach plans to generate new leads.
  • Community Engagement: Establish relationships with outside referral sources, participate in face-to-face meetings, and conduct tours as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Sales experience preferred, with a minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members at all levels of the community and corporate operations.
  • Personal Qualities: Highly organized, focused, and motivated to work.
