Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Leader to join our team at Bimbo Bakeries USA. As a Sales Growth Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business objectives in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the overall business and increase market share.
  • Lead the execution of Direct Store Delivery Excellence (DSDE) best practices in the market to drive sales growth and improve customer relationships.
  • Establish store-level growth plans that align with Zone objectives for revenue, freshness, and realization.
  • Communicate plans and conduct reviews with business partners to identify opportunities and action plans.
  • Execute on all growth opportunities to grow market share on strategic brands through the execution of DSDE best practices.
  • Utilize sales data tools to drive effective decisions with frontline salespeople and drive brand growth with customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred - High School diploma required.
  • A combination of education, training, and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.
  • At least 6 months of experience leading and influencing others.
  • Computer skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card.
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish a plus.
