Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our leading financial company. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Support Business Growth: Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee HR Operations: Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a Positive Work Environment: Nurture a positive working environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and employee well-being.
- Manage Performance and Development: Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and supports employee growth and development.
- Ensure Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and reduce legal risks.
- Manage Recruitment and Selection: Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Proven Experience: Proven working experience as an HR business partner (5+ years).
- Excellent People Management Skills: Excellent people management skills and the ability to manage stakeholders and relationships.
- HR Metrics and Analytics: Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and analytics.
- HR Systems and Databases: Knowledge of HR systems and databases, specifically UKG.
- Leadership and Strategy: Ability to architect strategy and lead cross-functional teams.
- Communication and Presentation: Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Labor Law and HR Best Practices: In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Education and Experience: Degree in Human Resources or related field and experience in a corporate environment, preferably in the finance industry.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to make sound decisions based on data.
- Integrity and Confidentiality: High level of integrity and management of confidential information.
- Microsoft Office Applications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
