Job Summary: The CAT Scan Technologist operates computerized tomography equipment to make quality images of designated portions of the body under the direct order of a physician and in accordance with radiation safety procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Accomplishes patient care in a timely, professional, efficient, and safe manner.
- Reports to the Supervising Diagnostic Imaging Manager.
Requirements:
- Clinical Experience: Radiology preferred.
- Education: Graduate of a Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine program.
- Licensure/Certification: Registered Technologist for Radiography, Registered Technologist in Nuclear Medicine Technology, and Registered Technologist in Computed Tomography.
Work Schedule: Friday-Sunday, 6:30p-7a. Weekend requirements: every weekend. Call requirements: yes.
