Logistics Associate

Position Summary:

The role of a Warehouse Worker involves ensuring that products meet the defined quality and customer standards through various secondary operations and thorough product inspections as outlined in training sessions and Control Plans. Collaborating effectively with all manufacturing staff is essential to uphold a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

A High School Diploma or GED is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Examine components for adherence to established quality standards.
• Execute secondary tasks such as extracting items from molds, trimming, decorating, and assembling products.
• Package and label items according to specifications in the Control Plan.
• Report and document any nonconforming products to the Product Specialist or Shift Supervisor.
• Record readings from auxiliary equipment.
• Log downtime and its associated causes.
• Document in-process inspection results accurately.
• Report production quantities to the Shift Supervisor.
• Support colleagues as needed.
• Assist in the training of new staff members as required.
• Notify the Production Specialist or Shift Supervisor of any unsafe conditions.
• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
• Basic reading and writing skills are essential.
