Logistics Associate

Position Summary:

The role of a Warehouse Worker involves ensuring that products meet the defined quality and customer standards through various secondary operations and inspections as outlined in training sessions. Collaborating effectively with all manufacturing staff is essential to uphold a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

A High School Diploma or GED is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of parts to verify adherence to established quality standards.
• Execute secondary tasks including removing items from molds, trimming, decorating, and assembling products.
• Package and label items according to specifications in the Control Plan.
• Report nonconforming products to the Product Specialist or Shift Supervisor.
• Record readings from auxiliary equipment.
• Document downtime occurrences and their causes.
• Log in-process inspection results.
• Communicate production quantities to the Shift Supervisor.
• Support colleagues as needed.
• Assist in onboarding and training new staff as required.
• Notify the Production Specialist or Shift Supervisor of any unsafe conditions.
• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
• Basic reading and writing skills are essential.
