Job Overview

Position Summary:

The role of a Warehouse Worker is crucial in ensuring that products meet the required quality and customer standards. This is achieved through diligent secondary operations and thorough product inspections as outlined in training sessions and Control Plans. Collaborating effectively with all manufacturing staff is essential to uphold a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

A High School Diploma or GED is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections of parts to verify compliance with established quality standards.
  • Execute secondary operations, including removing items from molds, trimming, decorating, and assembling products.
  • Package and label items according to specifications detailed in the Control Plan.
  • Document and report any nonconforming products to the Product Specialist or Shift Supervisor.
  • Record readouts from auxiliary equipment accurately.
  • Log downtime occurrences and their causes.
  • Maintain records of in-process inspection results.
  • Report production quantities to the Shift Supervisor.
  • Provide assistance to colleagues as required.
  • Support the training of new employees as necessary.
  • Report unsafe conditions to the Production Specialist or Shift Supervisor.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace at all times.
  • Basic reading and writing skills are essential for this role.
