Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the oncology infusion team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with practice leadership to develop and implement performance improvement initiatives.
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Identify and address infection prevention and patient safety concerns in the practice.
  • Escalate nurse practice concerns to clinical director.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
  • Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Admin, or Business preferred.
  • 3 years of Nursing experience required.
  • 2 years' experience as a RN, ambulatory infusion preferred.
  • Oncology experience required.
  • Clinical supervisory experience preferred.
