Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the oncology infusion team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with practice leadership to develop and implement performance improvement initiatives.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Identify and address infection prevention and patient safety concerns in the practice.
- Escalate nurse practice concerns to clinical director.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Admin, or Business preferred.
- 3 years of Nursing experience required.
- 2 years' experience as a RN, ambulatory infusion preferred.
- Oncology experience required.
- Clinical supervisory experience preferred.
