You will also be responsible for enhancing patient satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and verify patient information, including demographic data and insurance details.
- Perform financial screening to identify potential payment issues and ensure accurate billing.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient registration processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to strict confidentiality and data protection protocols.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in patient access or registration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and other software applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
