About the Role

The Kion Group AG is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Head of Strategic Capability Development. This role will play a critical part in implementing and delivering global learning content and strategy across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define organizational skills strategy in close collaboration with the People Development team
  • Develop and implement a group-wide learning needs analysis and sustainable cadence and mechanisms to keep a proactive pulse on evolving business needs
  • Co-lead the learning delivery & technology strategy to ensure the appropriate systems are in place to deliver a skills-based learning solution
  • Leverage external resources and vendors to scale learning portfolio delivery at a group-wide level
  • Collaborate with key business leaders and the HR community to remain aligned to business needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA or Master's in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or related field is preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in developing and delivering globally applicable learning content strategy and solutions
  • 5+ years in a global role or scope of responsibilities with the demonstrated ability to partner cross-culturally
  • Demonstrated experience in leveraging technology to promote a learning culture throughout the enterprise
  • Experience in implementing and managing learning & development technology solutions and platforms, preferably skills management solutions
