Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train hourly restaurant staff to ensure excellent guest service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Manage labor, inventory, and cash control to optimize profitability.
  • Participate in hiring and onboarding process to ensure new team members are properly trained and integrated into the team.
  • Perform opening and closing administrative procedures, including driving a company vehicle.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of restaurant experience with a focus on operations and management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional college classes in management, accounting, and finance preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, demonstrate high standards of behavior, and write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to make change and process different types of payment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.

Work Environment:

  • LaRosa's restaurant environment, with exposure to wet, humid, hot, crowded, and loud conditions.
  • Hazards include cuts, slipping, tripping, falls, and burns.
  • Non-slip shoes required at all times.
