Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct door-to-door canvassing to generate qualified sales leads in designated territories.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospective customer interactions and market data.
  • Represent Renewal by Andersen with professionalism and integrity at all times.
  • Utilize company mapping tools and applications for effective data tracking.
  • Engage in ongoing communication with the Canvassing Program Manager to share insights and suggestions for program improvement.
  • Participate in company meetings and training sessions as required.

Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive base pay starting at $20 per hour, with the potential for uncapped commission. Successful candidates can expect to earn between $80,000 and $90,000 in on-target earnings during their first year. Additional benefits include:

  • Able to use multiple platforms on tablets.
  • Physically capable of walking 3 to 5 miles daily.
