We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Back Office Support Specialist to join our team at Comprehensive Medicine. In this role, you will provide critical support to our medical staff and ensure the smooth operation of our urgent care center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Room patients and collect vital signs
  • Process lab specimens and perform point-of-care testing
  • Administer medication injections and perform phlebotomy
  • Provide patient callbacks and handle phone duties
  • Assist with front office tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Medical assistant certification or experience required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $48,000 - $58,000 per year
  • 401(k) matching program
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 80 hours of paid time off per year
  • Six paid holidays
