Housekeeping Staff Needed for ServiceMaster

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented housekeeper to join our team in the South Sound Area. As a housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' facilities, performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, polishing, sanitizing, and trash disposal.
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $32,000 - $40,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your base hourly rate, you may also be eligible for bonuses and benefits such as free uniforms and paid sick leave.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You should also be able to lift and carry 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
Job Duties:
- Cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, polishing, sanitizing, and trash disposal
- Maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment
- Opening and locking facilities and working building alarms/security systems
Qualifications and Physical Demands:
- Constant standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching over head, reaching forward
- Lifting and carrying 25 pounds
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, organized, and detailed manner
- Ability to adhere to a pre-set time budget for each assigned project
