About the Opportunity:
We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Tribal Recovery Program Manager. As a key member of our mental health services, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to individuals recovering from substance abuse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead our treatment center team in developing and implementing grant projects.
- Develop and deliver engaging lectures and activities to patients and staff on DBT skills and native plants.
- Conduct patient assessments to determine aftercare needs in coordination with clinical staff.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with tribal and non-tribal providers and cohorts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- CCAR Recovery Coach Trainer certification.
- Washington State Certified Peer Counselor certification.
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy training.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
