Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in accounting, finance, or related fields
  • Basic understanding of GAAP principles
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or related roles
  • Familiarity with Foundation Software or similar construction accounting software
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent organizational capabilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on deadlines
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Integrity, reliability, and concentration are essential
  • Professional demeanor with strong organizational skills

Compensation: Salary based on experience.

Work Schedule: Fridays off.
