About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Analyst to join our team at Emerald Resource Group. As an Ecommerce Analyst, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, analyzing data trends, and executing digital marketing campaigns on Amazon.

Main Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify sales growth opportunities and focus on both promotional and POS data trends.
  • Closely monitor sales trends, competition positions, and advertisement spending.
  • Analyze purchase orders, demographic orders, seasonal sales, lost sales, and review inventory levels, third-party sellers, and retail dips on a regular basis.
  • Review sales history to determine productivity trends and help improve sales processes.
  • Account setup and on-boarding for customers, and help analyze and execute digital marketing campaigns on Amazon.
  • Manage multiple Amazon accounts/products, upload and maintain product listings on Amazon and other selling channels, and monitor performance ratings on all sales channels.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, create marketing strategies, and help write detailed, rich, and concise copy for current and new products as needed.
  • Actively monitor all marketplaces daily for accuracy, increase listing ranking and visibility/traffic through marketplace tools and promotions, and create Excel reporting for sales, inventory, profit, etc.
Requirements
  • Experience managing multiple Amazon accounts on Seller Central or similar (1-3 years).
  • Preferred experience handling products in Manufacturing/Distribution.
  • Experience/familiarity with most popular online marketplaces.
  • Experience with Amazon Marketing Services (1-3 years).
  • Understanding and ability to navigate Amazon's systems with the know-how to help resolve any issues.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in online digital marketing and managing related channels.
  • eCommerce experience B2C.
  • Strong Excel skills with ability to create reporting and analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort level working with data.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated to perform tasks on a timely manner.
  • Highly accurate and organized and self-directed.
Additional Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • Master's degree in business or related fields is great as well.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' sales eCommerce management.
  • Marketing experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated computer competencies with proficiency in Excel (math functions and spreadsheets) and Word.
