- Ensure the highest quality level of products and services, meeting legal and safety standards.
- Monitor production continuously to identify areas for improvement.
- Generate quality, process, and procedure documentation as required.
- Report quality standard issues to upper management, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Oversee ISO audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Perform other duties as required to support the team.
- Familiarity with AWS and ASME welding code knowledge.
- Excellent math skills, including trigonometry and geometry.
- Blueprint reading skills, including GD&T.
- Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification is a plus.
- Data analysis and statistical aptitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Forklift and overhead crane experience.
- Good attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Embracing and demonstrating company values is crucial.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds is required.
