- Monitor traffic sources, prospect tours, conversion ratios, current media plans, and marketing data for accurate and up-to-date information.
- Make recommendations based on competition and community needs to maintain budgeted occupancy.
- Resident Relations
- Assist in ensuring timely completion and follow-up of service requests.
- Build relationships with residents, create activities and communication channels.
- Support resident retention programs and escalate resident concerns as necessary.
- Financial Assistance
- Assist in adhering to the community budget.
- Help in collecting and minimizing delinquency each month.
- Maintain accurate records of community transactions.
- Maintenance Coordination
- Work with maintenance teams to ensure the community is maintained and appealing to renters.
- Assist in ensuring the quality and quantity of market-ready apartments.
- Compliance
- Assist in adhering to established policies related to the Fair Housing Act.
- Ensure compliance with all company, local, state, and federal safety regulations to promote a healthy and safe work environment.
- Administrative Duties
- Maintain resident files and accuracy of administrative paperwork.
- Confirm collection and posting of rents and fees.
- Ensure proper documentation of community transactions.
