Key Responsibilities- Engage in a customer-centric, needs-based assessment to inform clients about various insurance options.
- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess client needs, and promote suitable products and services.
- Competitive hourly wage plus commission and bonuses.
- Paid time off, including vacation and personal/sick days.
- Valuable industry experience.
- Opportunities for growth and advancement within the agency.
- Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets is preferred.
- A genuine enthusiasm for the role that insurance and financial products play in helping individuals manage everyday risks, recover from unforeseen events, and achieve their aspirations.
- Self-driven and detail-oriented.
- Ability to deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty license.
- Must currently hold a Property and Casualty license.
- Must be able to obtain a Life and Health license.
- Must currently hold a Life and Health license.
- Must currently hold Personal Lines Licenses.
- Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
