Job Title: Senior Clinician (BCBA)

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at the Behavior Change Institute, LLC. As a Senior Clinician, you will be responsible for providing behavior consultation to our clients, families, and allied professionals, while managing a diverse caseload via tele-health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavior consultation to clients, families, and allied professionals
  • Manage a diverse caseload via tele-health
  • Support, instruct, and provide feedback to families and caregivers on managing challenging behavior
  • Conduct descriptive behavioral assessments and interpret results
  • Design and implement effective behavior analytic interventions
  • Present treatment plans at regular caregiver meetings
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians on behavior intervention plans, data collection, and required paperwork
  • Ensure ongoing quality assurance through treatment monitoring and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in psychology, education, social work, or behavioral science
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Two to three years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and providing direct behavior analytic treatment in both English and Spanish
