Role Summary
We are in search of a dynamic leader to join our high-performing team, driven by a passion for tiki cocktails and vibrant atmospheres. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cocktail creation and execution, coupled with outstanding leadership capabilities. Our culture thrives on individuals who lead by example and understand the nuances of the bar and restaurant industry.

Key Responsibilities
The Bar Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading, nurturing, and motivating a high-performing team.
  • Upholding and enhancing our already high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Utilizing 2+ years of operational experience in restaurant or hotel management, particularly in front-of-house roles.
  • Demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to the hospitality industry.
  • Exhibiting influential leadership and effective floor management skills, grounded in mutual respect and strong business acumen.
  • Building and maintaining rapport with both new and returning guests.
  • Maintaining composure under pressure while adhering to the principles of People, Product, and Process.
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards and guidelines.
  • Utilizing strong computer skills for reservation and table management systems.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Possessing required certifications and being flexible with scheduling, including availability for nights and weekends.
