Job Title: Home Health Visits Registered Nurse

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Home Health Visits Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality home health care services to adult and geriatric patients in Worcester and surrounding towns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive home health care services to patients, including wound care, medication management, and education.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop personalized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
  • One year of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in home health care or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
