POSITION OVERVIEW
The Patent Prosecution Specialist will be an integral part of the Software and Electrical Engineering division, requiring a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with experience in electrical engineering are preferred, and design engineering experience within a semiconductor company is advantageous.

QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must be registered with the USPTO and hold a license to practice law in California or demonstrate the capability to obtain licensure promptly. Legal experience is essential.
