Patent Prosecution Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Patent Prosecution Specialist will be an integral part of the Software and Electrical Engineering Division. A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is essential. Candidates with hands-on experience in electrical engineering are preferred, particularly those with a background in design engineering within the semiconductor industry.
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must be registered with the USPTO and hold a license to practice law in California or demonstrate the capability to obtain such licensure promptly. Prior legal experience is also required.
